The monthly FIRE-ADAPT webinar series continues to share and promote knowledge exchange within the consortium and beyond. The recording of the July session is now available, featuring María Tibaldo, an Early Career Researcher at the National University of the Littoral (Argentina).
In her presentation, “Burned Area and Fire Frequency in the Paraná River (2019–2025)”, María presented her research on the extent and frequency of wildfires as key elements for effective management planning. Her work is based on the analysis of satellite imagery and climatic variables.
